Miss Josephine

Josephine was born into a showbiz family. Her mother was a singer & dance teacher, and her father was a musician who ran a popular dance band. Josephine began dancing as soon as she could walk and was a sunshine competition winner of under 5's in tap. She then went on to train at the famous Corona Stage School London and took part in many films, adverts, modelling jobs, pantomimes and professional shows. Josephine then got the passion to teach and pass on her training and experience to many young students. Josephine is very proud of all the students she has taught and their achievements in their chosen career paths. Whether it be dance or another chosen career, as she feels she trains pupils for for their future and teaches them important life skills for every job as well as sharing her passion for dance.

Josephine's biggest achievement with TSS was producing a show in Beijing, China which combined students from Thanet Stage School with students from Beijing. She has also put on shows in France, Germany, Russia and recently worked with Astor Big Band as well as professional London cabarets .

Josephine is always really excited to develop and get the best out of every student and for them to achieve their best potential in a caring and nuturing environment  where each students' individual learning journey is encouraged with the guidance of Josephine and her amazing team of teachers working alongside her.
